The Boulevard West staff hosted an impressive Fall Festival this month to welcome potential new residents! An Optimum Internet representative partnered with our team to offer residents a referral bonus and renewal incentives! Guests were invited to enjoy guided tours of our beautifully renovated units, highlighting modern designs and top-notch amenities. To add to the fun, all were invited to participate in a raffle featuring fantastic prizes. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement, complemented by a Boulevard West team cookout featuring hotdogs, beans, mac & cheese, sweet treats, and drinks, making this fall festival a fun event for all who attended.
