Boulevard West is so excited to welcome new residents! To start the process, the Marketing team gave this property a boost with new pictures of information and an upgraded marketing package. The Maintenance team did their part to prepare units by upgrading the lighting, plumbing, painting, appliances, and finishes. And to finish with a “bang”, brand-new washers & dryers were installed! The Property Managers then provided a tour of apartment units, highlighting special pricing for the month and proudly showing off the new finishes and attractive floorplan that was a perfect fit for entertaining and cooking.
