This week's employee spotlight shines on the hard-working and well-deserved Susan Totilo! Susan is an essential member of the KEV team, serving as an administrative assistant. Her responsibilities include handling various tasks to ensure that all essential details are attended to with precision and care. At the corporate office, she acts as the friendly first point of contact for visitors and interacts with mail, UPS, and FedEx delivery personnel. Along with her other duties, Susan plays a crucial role in managing the company's utilities, earning her the nickname "Power Ranger" within the company. She also serves as the liaison between CIG/KEV and our utilities management company, Conservice, using their reports to track usage and ensure billing accuracy.
