Woohoo! This month, we have had four move-ins at our new Kiptopeke Studio Apartments in Cape Charles, VA. These beautiful apartments are just a few short miles from Kiptopeke State Park and the Eastern Shore Of Virginia National Wildlife Refuge. Our furnished studios have a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and bed. They also have an in-unit washer and dryer, a beautiful community pool, and an exercise and game room on the property. Our KEV team is doing a fantastic job getting these apartments ready and completing inspections! Below are a few pictures of our new residents! Don't they look happy?
