KEV Property Safety

Here at KEV, we take our residents’ safety very seriously. Our main goal is to provide safe, clean, and affordable housing for all our properties. We have strategic safety plans for all of our communities, they include eliminating foot traffic in trouble spots by blocking known routes and creating strategic landscaping, eliminating hiding spots, and increasing sight lines. We are adding ample exterior and interior lighting and security cameras throughout each of our properties. We are also partnering with local law enforcement by sharing access to our cameras and hiring off-duty officers for security. Crimes are less likely to happen in areas where security personnel and other effective safety measures are visible. Check out these pictures from our Fenner properties in Norfolk.
