With the winter months entirely upon us, staying healthy and hydrated during cold and flu season is essential. Our bodies require just as much, if not more, water during the winter to fight illness, dry skin, and dehydration. A fun way that we stay healthy here at CIG is our Smoothie of the Week! This week we are shining the light on the Gingery Fruit and Carrot Smoothie, a recipe from Good & Gather! This smoothie contains coconut water, which promotes kidney health and benefits the heart!
